Additionally, heat can also dissipate into the air, wrap the towel over your dough to create a cozy little heat tent for your dough to proof inside of. It will reach the desired temperature in 10-15 minutes. Happy baking! The LED display is designed to turn off after a few seconds to save energy. However, the mat will continue to warm to the set temperature. To turn of the mat simply press the power button again while the display is on or unplug the mat.
